Operating at Gen 2 signaling speeds, it delivers up to 4 GB/s aggregate bandwidth (5 Gb/s per lane) over a maximum 2 meter passive PCIe cable. The adapter incorporates a PCIe switch with clock isolation to maintain stable timing independent of the host computer's clock source, ensuring consistent measurement performance across diverse system configurations.
