Anritsu MS27103A 12-24 Port Remote Spectrum Monitor
The Anritsu MS27103A is a remote spectrum monitor with 12 to 24 ports, designed for continuous spectrum surveillance and interference detection. It offers wideband spectrum monitoring, signal analysis, and remote accessibility for efficient management of wireless networks.
The Anritsu MS27103A is a remote spectrum monitor engineered for continuous surveillance and interference detection across cellular networks, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and satellite communications. Operating from 9 kHz to 6 GHz with sweep speeds up to 24 GHz/s, it captures transient and bursty signals across 12 standard RF input ports - expandable to 24 ports via optional upgrade. The unit delivers dynamic range exceeding 106 dB (normalized to 1 Hz RBW) and phase noise of –98 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset (1 GHz), with frequency accuracy better than ±1.5 ppm or ±50 ppb in GPS High Accuracy Mode.
An integrated Linux-based web server supports remote management via Chrome and Firefox browsers, enabling firmware updates, power cycling, and automated recovery protocols. The MS27103A captures IQ data in block and streaming modes with time stamping, performs occupied bandwidth and channel power measurements, and executes interference analysis through spectrogram and signal strength tools. Save-on-event functionality triggers spectrum capture when user-defined thresholds are violated.
An onboard GPS receiver provides precise time synchronization and location data for TDOA applications. With Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, SCPI command support, 4 GB internal memory, and power consumption under 11 watts at 11–24 VDC input, the unit suits power-constrained remote deployments. RF port isolation exceeds 30 dB.
Operating temperature range: 0 to 50 °C. The 20 MHz instantaneous FFT bandwidth enables detailed spectral analysis, while the watchdog timer ensures long-term stability in unattended field installations.
