This unit
The Agilent/Keysight MXR104A is a 1 GHz, 4-channel real-time oscilloscope built on ASIC technology from the Infiniium UXR-Series. This discontinued but supported instrument delivers deep signal insight and measurements for complex design validation. The MXR104A integrates eight measurement instruments in a single platform, eliminating the need for separate benchtop equipment.

Key Features The integrated 8-in-1 instrument set includes oscilloscope, 16-channel logic analyzer, optional protocol analyzer, 4-digit DVM, 10-digit counter, real-time spectrum analyzer (RTSA with up to 320 MHz analysis bandwidth), 50 MHz waveform generator, and optional Bode plotter. The RTSA supports phase-coherent analysis across up to 8 channels with frequency span options from 40 MHz to 320 MHz, independent of oscilloscope bandwidth via Frequency Extension options. The 15.6-inch capacitive touchscreen with full HD resolution supports dual independent display via VGA and DisplayPort. Windows 10 operating system with Keysight I/O libraries suite enables remote control via LAN, USB 3.0, and network connectivity for data sharing and instrument automation.
Upgradeability The MXR104A supports bandwidth and channel upgrades to adapt to evolving test requirements without hardware replacement.
