The Keysight N2796A is a 2 GHz single-ended active probe engineered for high-speed signal acquisition with minimal loading effects on the Device Under Test. Featuring 1 MΩ input resistance and 1 pF input capacitance, the probe delivers superior signal fidelity across digital system design, component characterization, and educational research applications. Power delivery and oscilloscope communication occur directly through the AutoProbe interface, eliminating external power supply requirements.
