The Fluke PM6304/023 is a programmable automatic RCL meter for precision measurement of resistance, capacitance, inductance, and derived parameters including quality factor, dissipation factor, and phase angle. The instrument delivers 0.1% basic accuracy across selectable test frequencies from 50 Hz to 100 kHz and three standard voltage levels. Four-wire Kelvin connection ensures measurement integrity across impedance ranges extending from 0.0000 Ω to 200 MΩ (AC) and capacitance from 0.00 pF to 31.8 F. A large five-digit LCD updates at approximately two measurements per second and displays numerical values with dimension units and equivalent circuit symbols. Autoranging streamlines operation, while selectable series or parallel equivalent circuit representation accommodates different analytical requirements. Internal DC bias extends to 2 Vdc; external bias reaches 40 Vdc. Optional RS-232 and IEEE-488 interfaces enable automated testing and data logging in production and quality control environments. The unit operates from 100 V, 120 V, 220 V, or 240 V AC ± 10% at 50/60 Hz, consuming 31 VA with a 5-minute warm-up interval.
