The Abaco Systems / VMIC VMIVME-1111-040 is a 64-bit high-voltage digital input board for VMEbus systems. It has 64 input channels with user-selectable voltage thresholds spanning 1.25 VDC to 66 VDC, supporting multiple signal types including contact closure, voltage source, current sinking, and differential signals. Each 32-input group is jumper-configurable for the desired signal type.


The board transfers data in 8, 16, or 32-bit formats and features buffered inputs with debounce conditioning. Differential line receivers offer RS-422/RS-485 compatibility with ±7V noise immunity. On-board Built-in-Test logic enables fault detection and isolation, while a front-panel Fail LED provides visual status indication.


Open-circuit behavior defaults to logic zero with jumper-selectable logic one override. An input filter option is available for enhanced signal integrity.
