This unit

The Acromag/Xembedded/Xycom XVME-212/1 is a VMEbus-compliant digital input module delivering 32 optically isolated channels for industrial signal acquisition. Built on a double-height (233.7 mm × 160.0 mm) card, it eliminates host processor polling through programmable scanner circuitry that detects and reports state changes via VMEbus interrupt generation. Each channel features 300 VDC optical isolation and eight jumper-selectable debounce intervals to accommodate noisy field environments.

Technical Specifications

  • Channels: 32 digital inputs

  • Isolation: 300 VDC channel-to-channel and channel-to-VMEbus GND

  • Input Voltage Range: Logic 1: 10–50 VDC | Logic 0: 0–1 VDC

  • Reverse Bias Protection: 50 VDC

  • On-board Power Supply: Isolated 12 VDC (factory-connected for 12 V relay and switch monitoring; other 10–50 VDC inputs available with board modification)
