This unit

The Fluke/Wavetek/Datron 1362S is a 6.5-digit VXI multimeter module engineered for precision measurement within automated test systems. This C-size, single-slot VXIbus card delivers selectable resolution from 4.5 to 6.5 digits across DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, and current measurements. Read rates reach 1000 readings per second at 4.5-digit resolution, stepping down to 5 readings/sec at 6.5-digit resolution for DC voltage. The module stores measurement blocks of 1 to 1000 readings and supports both front-panel and VXI backplane triggering via synchronous and asynchronous protocols. Programming is handled through SCPI-compatible commands over IEEE-488.2 interfaces, enabling seamless integration into complex test architectures.
