The Astronics / EADS / Racal 7064 Single Slot Prototyping Module is a message-based VXIbus development platform designed for rapid prototyping and testing of custom hardware within VXI systems. This C-sized module delivers a complete prototyping environment with 82 square inches of development space, a 68000-based daughterboard CPU, and 96 buffered TTL control lines for direct circuit implementation. Engineers and system integrators use the 7064 across aerospace, defense, and industrial applications to validate new designs before production integration.
