The DynamicSignals/GaGe CompuGen 3250 is a high-speed digital output ISA module that generates complex waveforms and digital patterns with precise timing and flexible control. It delivers 32 bits of parallel digital output clocked up to 50 MHz, supporting arbitrary waveform generation, digital pattern simulation, and hardware-retriggerable burst operations. On-board pattern memory accommodates up to 8 Meg × 32 bits, while selectable internal clocking (50 MHz, 25 MHz, 10 MHz, 5 MHz) and optional external clock input (DC to 50 MHz) enable deterministic signal generation. Multiple output modes - endless looping, multi-shot, and one-shot - combined with internal and external triggering, adapt the module to continuous test scenarios, repetitive pattern sequences, and pulse-echo measurements. TTL/CMOS output levels drive high-impedance loads to 5 V and 50 Ω loads to 3.5 V using four parallel 74FCT162245 drivers for extended current capability.
