The Keysight DSOX92004A Infiniium is a 20 GHz analog bandwidth oscilloscope built for high-speed signal characterization, RF analysis, and transient measurement in demanding laboratory and production environments. Its bandwidth upgrades to 33 GHz, paired with 80 GSa/s dual-channel or 40 GSa/s quad-channel sampling, enables precise capture of wide-bandwidth phenomena. The instrument combines a noise floor as low as 1.6 mVrms at 20 GHz (50 mV/div) with sub-100 fS jitter measurement capability, delivering the timing and amplitude resolution required for serial bus validation, RF component testing, and protocol compliance work.
