This unit
The Agilent/Keysight E1426A is a 500 MHz, 4-channel VXI digitizing oscilloscope module engineered for signal acquisition in modular test systems. Using random repetitive sampling (equivalent-time sampling), it achieves 500 MHz bandwidth and 20 ps timebase resolution for repetitive signals, with single-shot capability limited to 2 MHz and two simultaneous channels. The module delivers 8-bit vertical resolution, upgradeable to 10-bit via averaging, with programmable sensitivities from 8 mV to 40 V full scale.
It supports advanced logic triggering including glitch, edge, pattern, time-qualified, state, and trigger-after-delay modes, plus TV triggering for video applications. The C-size, 2-slot VXI component features 64 KB shared memory, dual input impedance (1 MΩ or 50 Ω), AC/DC coupling, and nineteen automatic pulse parameter measurements. Both SCPI and HP 54503A-compatible command sets enable flexible system integration.
