Agilent/Keysight E1564A

The Agilent/Keysight E1564A is a register-based VXI digitizer module housed in a C-size, 1-slot form factor. Designed for electronic production test and electromechanical characterization, this four-channel instrument delivers 14-bit resolution at up to 800 kSa/s per channel and performs reliably in high-noise electrical environments. Simultaneous sampling across all channels enables precise time-correlated transient measurements, while scalable PC SIMM memory - expandable from 4 Mbytes to 64 Mbytes - captures extended waveform records.

Selectable input filters on each channel provide flexible signal conditioning. The module integrates a calibration source with flash ROM and supports both time and event-triggered acquisition modes with programmable pre- and post-trigger windows. Data streams as 16-bit integers corrected for offset and gain errors through either FIFO or flat-file memory architectures.
