The Keysight E4980A Precision LCR Meter operates across 20 Hz to 2 MHz with 0.05% basic impedance accuracy, delivering fast, repeatable measurements for component characterization in R&D, manufacturing, and quality control. The instrument measures capacitance down to the femtofarad range and handles inductors with simultaneous acquisition of series/parallel inductance and DC resistance.
