The Rohde & Schwarz RTO2022 is a 2 GHz benchtop digital oscilloscope built for high-speed signal capture and analysis. With two analog channels, 10 Gsample/s maximum sample rate, and 50 MSa memory per channel, it delivers the acquisition depth needed for complex waveform characterization. The instrument updates waveforms at up to 1 million per second, enabling rapid fault detection.

Its 16-bit vertical resolution and sub-1 ps trigger jitter ensure signal fidelity across demanding measurements.
