This unit

The Advanced Power Design VXI302.22 is a dual-channel programmable power supply engineered for integration into VXI-based automatic test equipment (ATE) systems. This C-size VXI module delivers precise voltage and current control across three configurable output stages, supporting constant voltage and constant current operation modes. Each output stage provides 200 W of continuous power with selectable voltage ranges and corresponding current ratings, making it suitable for laboratory testing, production test environments, and system-level integration requiring stable, accurate power delivery.

Technical Specifications

The VXI302.22 occupies dual slots in standard VXI card cages and features 16-bit programming resolution with 20-bit readback capability. Three output configurations are available: P20 (0–20 VDC, 10.0 A), P65 (0–65 VDC, 3.1 A full-scale), and P120 (0–120 VDC, 1.67 A full-scale). Maximum current ratings reach 10.0 A for P20 and P65, and 5.00 A for P120. Output noise measures 8 mV RMS and 35 mV peak-to-peak for P20 and P65 stages; P120 stages exhibit 10 mV RMS and 40 mV peak-to-peak. Programming accuracy spans 3 mV (P20/P65) to 20 mV (P120) for voltage, and 2–3 mA for current. Readback accuracy maintains 1 mV across all voltage ranges. Temperature drift is specified at 0.05% per degree Celsius.
