Agilent/Keysight R422C

The Agilent/Keysight R422C is a waveguide detector for microwave signal detection and measurement across the 26.5 to 40 GHz band. It bridges waveguide and coaxial transmission lines with a GaAs planar-doped barrier diode, delivering negative polarity output and operating reliably from −65°C to +100°C.
