The Agilent/Keysight 1332A is a modular display unit and VXI counter instrument designed for precision signal analysis in electronic test environments. When configured as an X-Y display, it delivers fast signal settling and high writing speed for real-time waveform visualization. As a VXI module, it functions as a 4-channel counter/totalizer supporting frequency measurement, period averaging, pulse width analysis, time interval measurement, totalization, gated totalization, and up/down counting.


The instrument integrates into larger VXI ecosystems for multi-function measurement automation.
