Resistance measurements operate in both two-wire and four-wire modes from 100 µΩ to 120 MΩ. Frequency and period measurements cover 3 Hz to 500 kHz. Temperature sensing supports Type J, K, and T thermocouples and RTDs, with Type K range from −200°C to +1372°C. AC voltage accuracy is specified at 0.05% (90-day basic). The instrument changes ranges in less than 30 ms and functions in 45/s. Input protection includes 1000 V across DCV, resistance, temperature, continuity, and diode test functions on all ranges; ACI protection uses a 3 A, 250 V fuse; ACV accepts 1000 V peak with maximum 400 V DCV on any ACV range.
