The Fluke 867B Graphical Digital Multimeter combines precision measurement with advanced waveform analysis in a single handheld instrument. True RMS voltage and current measurements, resistance to 30 MΩ, and capacitance sensing to 10,000 µF deliver laboratory-grade accuracy across DC, AC, and component-level diagnostics. Its graphical display captures transients as short as 1 µs and renders waveforms up to 1 MHz, revealing noise, distortion, and glitches invisible to standard digital meters. Peak Hold records peaks ≥ 10 µs; TrendGraph™ logging plots high-resolution meter readings over 30 hours at user-selectable intervals from 1 second to 15 minutes. Component test mode checks voltage-current signatures of resistors, capacitors, and semiconductors in-circuit with storable reference signatures. Logic Activity Test indicates transitions to 10 MHz and flags stuck-high or stuck-low conditions. Duty cycle, pulse width, period, frequency to 10 MHz, conductance, continuity, and dB/dBm measurements with 16 selectable impedance references round out a comprehensive troubleshooting platform. The 240×200-pixel LCD matrix supports simultaneous display of meter readings and waveforms in Combo mode, streamlining transient and steady-state analysis in industrial maintenance, electronics repair, and field service environments.

Fluke 867B — Repair & Calibration Service
Aumictech offers NIST-traceable calibration and repair for the Fluke 867B. Calibration covers DC voltage accuracy at all ranges, AC voltage (True RMS) accuracy at 50 Hz, 1 kHz, and 10 kHz, DC current accuracy, resistance accuracy at all decade ranges, frequency accuracy, and diode test voltage. Fluke 87V and 289 also include capacitance and temperature calibration.. All calibrations ship with a NIST-traceable certificate. Turnaround is typically 1–3 business days after receipt.
Common Fluke 867B faults: blown input fuse, worn input jacks, display segment failure, relay contact wear on bench DMMs. Common faults include worn input jacks (banana socket contact wear on the mA and COM terminals), blown input fuses (especially the 440 mA HRC fuse), and display segment failures. Keithley 2000/2001/2002 bench DMMs commonly develop relay contact wear affecting resistance accuracy after extended service.
